 Fighter Conditioning/SEMPERFIT

20 Station Circuit Training Class

"Boot Camp" Style Drill Instruction for any age or fitness level.  Come have Fun with the Big Dogs.......

This class will only be $20 per month or $10 per month for currently enrolled students in any other BEDROC program

BEDROC has prepared a sponsorship package that can be submitted to businesses who might be interested in sponsoring members of our club for tournaments, membership fees, camps, and equipment.  If you know any person or business who might be interested, sponsorship packages can be obtained from Sensei Farrar at any time.

BEDROC is interested in having its members CPR or Basic First Aid Certified.  Any adult members who are interested in becoming certified, Bedroc will reimburse your expenses up to $50 for the class.  If you are interested, see Sensei John or Cheryl.  All you'll need to do is provide a copy of your dated certification and Bedroc will either reimburse you, or you may use it toward your tuition.
